Search from e-government with the title “SSI Registration and Service Transcript / Workplace Title List”. In the result, click on the “Create Barcoded Document” button and save the created document as pdf.

Certificate of Employment
For your work records in your occupational field subject to your vocational training certificate from the work records in your SSI service document, a stamped-signed document from the relevant employer stating that you have fulfilled the profession in question in the relevant date range

Criminal Record
An inquiry is made from e-government with the title “Criminal Record”. On the screen that appears; By specifying the type of institution “Foreign country (with translation)”, Why the document will be given “Without archive record”, Where the document will be given “AMS”, Select Language “German”, the barcoded document is created and pdf is saved.

Multilingual Birth Registration Sample (Formula A)
An inquiry is made from e-government with the title “Multilingual Birth Registration Sample (Formula A) Inquiry”. The result is saved in pdf by creating a barcoded document.

Foreign Language Certificates

Biometric Photo

  • It should be 35mm wide by 45mm high,
  • The head size should be 36mm from the chin to the top of the head,
  • No older than 6 months

Resume
It should include area of specialization, personal information, contact information, experience, education, vocational training, foreign language skills. The CV should be compatible with the experience and education documents presented. It should be short.

Important notes

  • The information and documents you submit with your Rot-Weiss-Rot-Karte application are evaluated by the Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS) and given a score. This assessment by the AMS is decisive for all subsequent procedures.
