All of the following requirements must be met in order to apply: <\/p><p><strong>Legal Compliance Requirements:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Having <strong>a valid passport<\/strong> and no legal barriers to exit to European Union countries<\/li><li><strong>Clean criminal record<\/strong> (both in Turkey and in another country if he\/she has a residence in that country)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Professional and Technical Compliance Requirements:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>At least 2 years of vocational training in an occupational group included in the labor shortage list published annually by the Austrian Government<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Work experience in the relevant professional field<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Achieving a minimum score of 55 points in total with additional criteria such as age and foreign language skills<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>a binding job offer (contract) from an Austrian employer<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>All third-country nationals who meet these requirements are eligible to apply for a Rot-Wei\u00df-Rot &#8211; Karte.
